How do I place an order?

Review the menu and contact Good Gravy by email to discuss your order. Please provide the following information:

  • Your full name and your organization’s full name

  • Your contact information (phone, email, physical address)

  • Number of people you need to feed

  • Date of your desired order

  • Time of pickup or delivery

After your order is placed via email, you will receive an electronic itemized invoice for review and confirmation.

Good Gravy accepts cash, check, or Venmo for payment. A $200 deposit is required. Full payment is due by the date of pickup or delivery.



How many people will your food feed?

Each of Good Gravy’s menu items will feed 6-8 hungry adults.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Orders canceled less than 3 full business days before the delivery date will forfeit the $200 deposit. This is used to cover foods that cannot be used, labor, and jobs Good Gravy may have declined in order to accommodate your event.


Do you charge for delivery and expedited orders?

Yes. The delivery fee varies based on location.

  • Inside Helena, MT city limits: $25

  • Inside Lewis & Clark County: $50

  • Outside Lewis & Clark County: $100

Expedited orders will incur an extra charge. Expedited orders may not always be able to be accommodated.

  • Same-day service: $500

  • Next-day service: $350

  • 2-day service: $200


How are your menu items packaged and served?

Our food can be packaged and served in a variety of different ways, depending on your needs.

  • All menu items are packaged in 9x11 aluminum roasting pans covered in foil unless otherwise noted. Most items may be delivered fresh or frozen, depending on your preference

  • Each menu item will feed 6-8 hungry adults

  • Soups, chilis, and sauces are packaged in 1-quart freezer-safe plastic containers

  • Grab-&-go breakfast items are individually wrapped in parchment

  • Cheesecake is delivered in the 9-inch springform pan in which it is baked

  • Items by the dozen are packaged in disposable plastic or aluminum containers


Do you accommodate special diets?

Yes. Good Gravy is able to accommodate most dietary requests, including:

  • Keto

  • Gluten-free

  • Vegetarian


Is gratuity automatically added to my order?
